Jr. Blades Premier Set to Take on Eels

ESTERO, Fla. – The Jr Everblades Premier Team take the short trip up 41 to visit their cross-town rivals, the Florida Eels, on Wednesday evening. This will be the first game for the Blades in the month of November after over a weeklong break from their USPHL Schedule.
Tale of the Tape:
This will be only the second time this season that the Blades and Eels have matched up on the Premier level, the Eels coming away with a 4-3 victory back on October 20. It was a tight back and forth matchup between these two teams, with Jr. Blades goals scored by Connor Crawford, Jerome Pegrum, and Jared Salminen. Florida Eels forward Adam Gaudet scored at the 10:52 mark of the 3rd period, which turned out to be the game winner. Sal Carabelli stopped 43 of 47 shots in the loss.
Players to Watch:
Rookie forward Brett Beale leads the Jr Blades in points this season. He is currently over a point per game pace (9 goals, 8 assists, 17 points) over 15 games this season.
