The Jr. Blades scored five goals in the first period and never looked back, goaltender Tristan Falsetto stopped 17 shots in the final two periods to earn his eight win on the season. Florida’s captain Jacob Gusty moved from defense to offense for this game and did not disappoint, scoring his second and third goals on the season. Samuel Gusty also had himself a breakout game, assisting on his brother’s first goal and adding another later in the first period for his first two points on the season.

Florida Jr. Blades Premier found themselves on the other side of a seven goal output as they fell to the visiting Typhoon by a score of 7-2. Cam Croteau and Brett Beale scored the only two goals for the Jr. Blades and goaltender Sal Carabelli made 32 saves in the losing effort.
